[Misc] Canon ir advance c2020 no yellow toner output.

Hi, why there is no yellow color output on irc2020 machine, all i see is full yellow toner on itb but not in paper during calibration. Any idea please? Thank in advance

So far i recall what i have done because i recently remove there might the lsu, itb, and toner and drum assembly housing, to clean toner spilled. So i dicided to remove the delivery tray and noticed that almost yellow cover the itb, i noticed when i make a color copy with yellow color no yellow toner appearing on paper. Otherwise cmk is ok. And also i run full calibration yellow i missing. Thanks for reply

I had exactly the same issue about 3 months ago no error codes and all colours were ok except yellow it was missing completely.Turned out that laser shutter that sits in mc above laser unit was stuck in wrong position.I took laser out and checked it against the c m and k shutters.I looked how they were seated and how they slid open and closed and the yellow was not the same fiddled about with it got it back in position so that it opened and closed like the other 3.Put laser back in and it was ok.I think the grey laser cleaner tool had been used and pushed it out of position.

Thank you so much I'll try it, co'z the laser is beneath the toner cartridge of course sometimes toner fall from the above to lsu so i pulled up the lsu to clean those for slit glasses.
