[Jamming] Canon Color Imageclass MF 8580

I currently have a MF 8580 in a small office that just this week began giving a 3-104 jam code. Paper has been pulled from tray, but has stopped at registration roller. I have cleaned all sensors, turned the rubber on the pickup/feed roller to a fresh side and have solved nothing. This machine has yet to pass the 25,000 copy mark. What am I missing? Thanks for any assistance or advice given.

HI , I have the same problem with a Canon MF8550. I saw that the registration roller is not rotating. The registration motor seems ok, has 2 x14 ohm. Maybe the motor drive is damaged ?
Do you figure out a solution ?
