    E025-0003

There is a toner feed motor over-current detection error, there is a toner bottle motor connection detection error.
At power-on, the connection of the toner bottle motor is not detected.

    Check your 24v supply.

Check the connector for any fault in connection. - Replace the motor.

One of those motors shorts and takes out fuse on main controller. You can buy the fuse or use one off another board. They look like a resistor but you ohm them out like regular fuse. I had a lot of those take a main controller out. Either could be bad but most of the time it was the one with the rubber cover over it, not the white one. I only have two of those machines in my territory now. So if you replace the motor and fuse is open it still gives code. That code is for toner bottle motor. For that error take the toner bottle out and see if it is in wrong.motor e025.jpg The other motor usually shorts out the fuse but that one could also.
