Have any of you seen this (see attachment)
the tech has changed the drum and the transfer still the same, he adjusted bias to max- and max+ still the same.
as far as I know all he did prior was remove the paper feed section so removed the front door.
any idea would be appreciated.

I found out it only does it in colour mode not b/w
