    CODE ERROR 031300-2F13

    good afternoon everyone
    I'm having a problem with a canon ipf750 plotter error code 031300-2F13
    I have done the cleaning according to the manual and I have changed the sensor management, PF04 head and maintenance cartridge but the error code continues,
    The strange thing is that in the mode of service if it prints normal all the tests and verification of nozzles does not have problems, the rare thing is that in the normal mode it leaves the code

      There was an old post, that said before changing heads;

      try this---push the print head back to its home position (far right) and unplug the printer for 1 min or so (just to make sure its memory has lost all awarness with it). Then plug it back in.

          Follow the error code in an ipf 755 canon 03130031-2F13
          I have already changed everything that says the manual apparently ahy something that was blocking the computer to not get ready and print (in service mode if it gets ready to print) is left with the message filling inks and after a while leaves the Code and ink almost empty, apparently there is another code that is blocking the computer

              How old is print head? Use L print tool to get info or use status monitor. The heads short and fry carriage boards,main controllers, etc. If head is old first step is to change it. If you don't you might fry new boards..

                  I have changed carriage unit, purge unit, head pf04 main card and so I get the error code and already consumed almost 2 ink cartridges
                  Comes out message filling ink and allisale code
