Recived 03800500-2F42 error after printhead clean B. No sign of color ink in tubes from left ink supply unit. Checked corresponding parts from service manual. Hoping not control pcb. Boss has new perge unit on order. Any help, Thanks

Sorry here is more info, recived service error E161-4050 after installing new printhead went into service menu and cleared out error did nozzel check looked ok, powered back up same error. Thinking bad printhead and we needed to print reinstalled old printhead and orderd new one, no error worked ok for about 2 weeks then print quality terrible and printer asking to replace printhead, installed second new printhead agian error E161-4050. looked on your forum said overtemp error, cleared error and clened printer and carrige. No more service error, but now wont print colors cannot see any color ink in tubes feeding printhead. Printer will cycle through cleaning and reply with error 03800500-2F42. Nozzel check shows no color and inconsitant black.
