[Misc] Replacing Start Developer ImagePress C1 Question

The only step in the process to replace the start developer that I am unclear about is this:

    17) Execute aging in the following order.
    - Execute 20 sheets of duplexing print for Blue solid color image (11 x 17).
    - Execute 20 sheets of duplexing print for Green solid color image (11 x 17).
    - Execute 20 sheets of duplexing print for Red solid color image (11 x 17).
    - Execute 10 sheets of duplexing print for solid black image in monochrome mode (11 x 17).
    - Execute 20 sheets of duplexing print for solid white image in monochrome mode (11 x 17).

Is this a selection to perform in the service mode, or is this something that is output through the desktop?

    Not a service mode selection.

I never do the duplex part.
What I did was to place the standard LGR Test Sheet on glass and run each single color on those steps.
Use control panel to select the single run off.

Never had an issue of a error code.

I don't have any test sheets. Would it suffice to output them from my computer using a standard Blue, Green, Red & Black?

So to confirm, you run them all 11x17 single sided with the 20 copies of the colors and 10 copies of the black and 20 copies of the white?

        =================

        yes to all questions--
        u can output from PC-

than run a full calibration on printer
if applies---calibrate your connected fiery / server

        proper sequence is:

        1. Shading Correction. (Visual adjustment or using an I-One calibrator).
        2. Auto Gradation (internally or externally).
3 ColorPASS calibration. (Using an I-0ne calibrator or equivalent).

All calibrations should be done on 28lb Hammermill paper.///if possible

PRINTER only method is good for color adjustment , if the copies still are not looking correct, try the auto gradation from the SCANNER+PRINTER mode for more gradation smoothing.

        Auto-Gradation
        There are two different methods:
        1)Scanner + Printer
        2)Printer Only

To switch between both methods go to ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS>SYSTEMS SETTINGS>DEVICE MANAGEMENT> scroll down to page 4/4>AUTOGRADATION ADJ>AUTOGRADATION METHOD>Choose Scanner + Printer or Printer only.
*NOTE: Both methods will do the Quick Adjustment and Full Adjustment modes

        Quick Adjustment
This is a quick and simple adjustment that is made to the gradation, density, and color settings of the machine. Re- Calibrations are made internally without any test prints.

        Full Adjustment:
This is a precise re-calibration that is made to the gradation, density, and color settings of the machine. The procedure involves making test prints and placing them on the platen glass for scanning.Once this is complete, the machine automatically corrects the irregularities.
