[Misc] 7260 L1 Finisher Staple Misalignment

I have a Canon iradv 7260 with an L1 Booklet finisher.The 2nd sheet of a set of corner stapled sets is not aligned.It doesnt matter whether its a set of 50 or a set of 10 the 2nd sheet is sometimes not aligned.If i do a set of 10 of say 30 originals set 1 is always ok then set 2-10 will most of the time have the 2nd sheet misaligned in those sets.Copy no 1 and 3-30 are all ok.
Any ideas please

how much has the machine done volume wise? does it improve for a while if you clean the delivery rollers in the finisher, not sure of the part number or the exact name but i call it the delivery or exit rollers wear down.
