I have picked this up from another eng, we think the main control with the built in NIC card was changed but cant be sure, however when you go to get a meter reading the check says Check Counter - Check device configuration and on a print out the meters are blank, any ideas?

Did you export data before change mc?If it ain't broke, don't fix it

No, the main board/NIC was fitted and data added manually from machine label and scanner calibrated.Comment
