[Jamming] Canon irA8085

Have a canon ir8085 with strange problem.
Paper stop at PS28 sensor and stay there without any jam or error code.
Get message that print or copy is susspend.
Machine can work for day or two without any problem and then again have same issue.

Try to separate the finisher and try , did you tried another drawers

Tried from all trays.
Did not try to remove finisher.
Confusing is that there is no any jam code.

When you go into service mode and check your jam history, does it log anything?

If not, try updating firmware to see if it will show you the code if it jams again...

There is no jam or error code.
Paper just stay under ps28 and there is message "printing" for about 30 sec.
Then get message sussped.
And still no message for paper jam.

DC-con is 34.01 so will try with newer firmware.
