Excellent! We have a few in the field Pushing 1.5 million plus with no real issues. These machines are solid, as long as they are PM'ed on time.

Very good! I have a half a dozen at a dirty manufacturing plant that did not generate a service call in a year and a few have never called in still. Parts get so much life it is unbelievable. Wish they all run that well, or maybe not. I may not have a job! Two needed drums (coating gets wore off ends but still makes a copy) and I have been carrying another drum because I have a half a dozen more and the drum is still in my car. If paper won't lift there is a sensor that gets stuck by sep roller may be caused by customer clearing jam. Had to replace two cassette size sensor units but they used to have 2525's and I was there a lot more.
