Weird problem that the machine jaming only on 2 sided , jam code 1011 delay on 101 sensor at finisher , weird that the paper didnt come out from the finisher its only stopped on the finisher will try to send apic , i debut in transfer belt looks like the paper is flying before enter the heater on the 2 sided

I have had this on the external finishers. I find that the plastic white idler rolls don't turn. I stretch the springs pushing them down against the grey rubber rollers. I also clean the Oilite bushings and put a drop of 3in1 oil so that the idlers turn freely. There is also a bushing that the shaft goes through to move the plastic roll assembly up and down. Clean it and a drop of 3in1 oil. Mine started acting up at about 2 million copies on machine

Title : 1011 Jam Code

Problem : The paper stops at section B2 in the finisher as displayed below; and a 1011 jam code is generated. The finisher does have an internal punch installed. The 1011 jam code is defined as a delay to the finisher inlet sensor S101. Solution : Check sensor S101 in I/O mode , Sorter>P001 Bit 4 for a change of state. It was found that the sensor was not changing state. Upon further investigation, a loose connection was found at J1081. Connector J1081 runs out to the inlet sensor. Seating the connector resolved the issue. Connector J1081 is displayed below.

Also-----------Update the firmware for the finisher controller and saddle controller (if attached) one at a time. Choose the option 'overwrite all' when performing the update. It may be necessary to use Service Support Tool with a crossover cable if the usb procedure fails. The finisher controller firmware is named 'fin-con' and the saddle controller is 'sdl-con'.

Thanks and sorry for being late , i lub and cleaned the area but same problem still jamming , the one thing that i ddint dont it to check the connecter ,ill check it tomrowo hope it works, by the i made update and still jamming.

I faced this problem before. Just you have to clean white plastic roller shaft, because they lube it with a non appropriate lube.
If you try by hand you cant roll'em.

possible it might be the bridge area, clean those rollers they get build up!!

warm water on a soft towel and scrub those rollers upper and lower.

I have replaced the bushing and installed the tunning one try it and think it solved
