1.-First Run an intermediate transfer belt cleaning.
On control panel /
to Enter service mode >"press (add functions*)"->then 2 & 8 key at the same time ->then"press (add functions*)"again)

Perform the following service mode item to clean the ITB:
FUNCTION>CLEANING>TBLT-CLN (about 20 seconds).
The notation "OK!" appears on the screen to indicate the end of the service mode item.


2--Replace the Black Developer and vacuum any toner that was dumped into rotary and down the front of process unit.
3- Check Hopper Sensor connections
4- Time to Trash that model !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!




E020 = there is an ATR error

xx=01 for Y;
xx=02 for M;
xx=03 for C;
xx=04 for without color distinction

xxFF =There is no toner inside the Bk developing assembly.


- the toner is not supplied to the developing assembly correctly.
- the hopper stirring motor is not rotating normally.
The hopper connector has poor contact.
The black toner supply motor (M25) is faulty.
The hopper stirring motor (M23) is faulty.
The black toner level sensor is faulty.
The DC controller is faulty.
