Thank you. My developer comes up empty and it seems the toner bottle is not rotating. The serial number comes after the cam change that I read about here. In SM part check motor set to 5 and door cheated, toner bottle does not rotate. Thoughts?

OK, per someone's past post I pulled the toner a little forward and the toner did rotate. So it must be the cams. How do you get at the cams with an S-1 internal finisher installed?

OK, got the finisher off and looking at the cam. Does it just take two screws and it comes of or do you to pull the whole shaft?
pull the entire assembly out and clean everything, lube the cams lightly. the cams maybe broken. check canon site for updates, this is not uncommon if the machine has some mileage on it
