Canon iR105 Paper feed jam

Can some one please tell me if this a clutch problem or some thing else. Every few pages, paper from Tray 1 gets stuck under foam roller. Replaced all rollers pickup, feed and foam roller, but it still happens. Anything thing else that I am missing? Please see the jpeg image I have attached. Appreciate any help.20161121_161540.jpg
