That same code me sle in a ipf 710 where I also changed everything to the main card and nothing
Any suggestions or directions to solve this problem

Feed roller HP sensor
The feed roller HP sensor sets an LF eccentricity correction home position by detecting transitions from black
(shielded) to white (transmitted), or a reference, in the scale in the code wheel.

Feed roller encoder sensor
The feed roller encoder sensor detects the carriage position from slits in the feed roller pulley as it is driven.



03130031-2F2A = Feed roller HP sensor error
Check the feed roller encoder and surrounding part. Check to see if paper has not jammed.
Feed roller sensor not detecting rotation of the feed roller.
You will find it at the left end of the roller. It may have come dislodged or just gone faulty.

You will find an encoder strip (curled into a ring shape) and other sensitive parts that can be cleaned carefully.
