[Jamming] IR have 5000 Manual Feeded (MULTI FEED ASSEMBLY)

I have jam at the Manual Feeder at the beginning of the MULTI FEED ASSEMBLY.
When I change all Multifeed Assembly of the IR5000 Machine with another one it works good.

What is the problem in this Multifeed Assembly
also I changed the Pickup roller & Separation roller & Manual Solenoid (FH7-5969-000) for it.

But it still not work, the paper keep jammed in the Multifeed Assembly Tray at the beginning and before Registration roller.

The paper keeps in MULTI FEEDER TRAY ASSEMBLY
