replace and swap two black robber roller of transfer belt , try to took out laset unit
to see back panel dc controller board and pc main board.check the cable ,do nothing
turn off the power from wall and turn on
machine back to normal
reason unknown

Hi pc22sp

This is a common problem with those models. I recommend you clean the ITB assy as usually the bearing tighten up a slow down you rotation of the ITB. If possible and the device has done enough prints it might be worth replacing it....
