Paper jamed during machine start up plz tell me which "sensor and where its location" i have to clean to solve the problem
Is there actually paper jammed? Or is it a ghost fault?
Where is it telling you paper is jammed? That will give us an idea of which sensor. Picture of the screen with the error message would help

if you dont make any copy the problem in the solenoid in the pick up unit replace it or clean it,
if you make a copy order, the problem in the registration sensor clean the arm damper

It is jamming during powerup the machine. I dont know the location of pickup solenoid please guide me.
