Canon IR 3225 withe Universsal send lines

I have just sent a referb'd ir 3225 with Universal into the field. The end user is getting 2 thin black lines across the header of the page. About 3" inches down and 1/2 inch apart. Both copies from the glass or doc feeder are completely clean, so I do not thing it is a dirt glass. Thoughts? Fucntion / CCD adjust?

Solution was to clean the contact (scanner) sensor.
