ir 4570 jamming 107

I have ir4570 at my workshop jamming too much on 2 sided, the paper stuck and cruled under the platstic roller after 10 copies some times more. Jam code 107

I replaced the right door
drum unit
pick up unit 1/2

machine dc version was 10. I upgrade it to 22 and still the same
changed the combo values but when i turned off the machine the values get back as the same was
i used the bypass same problem jamming
cleaned the registration clutch and added extra wrap for the spring and still
some times machine works around 50 k and then it jammed again

honeslty i debout in the Dc controaller anyone faced this before?

which is the latest dc firmware if any one can send it to me ill be thankfull

Have you tried rebuilding or replacing the fixing assembly?

Sure i replace it and still the same

All the sensor flags through the path have rubber pads that they contact for noise prevention. They get tacky and flags start sticking to them. Also the 2 gates on the door have them also. Remove and/or replace them. 0107 is probably the big gate on the door. There are 4 pads behind it.

Sure i replaced these pads before i start on this problem
