Hi, how can I rest the waste toner full error on iR-ADV 8205 we installed new container but the error is still there

amusing u did not get a e013 code,
<Related error code>
E013-0001 Error in Waste Toner Lock Detection Connector disconnection
E013-0002 Error in Waste Toner Feed Screw Lock detection

and just a message to empty/replace

1) Set a new Waste Toner Container.
2) Clear the waste toner counter in service mode (COPIER>COUNTER>MISC>WST-TNR)


Waste Toner Container = Capacity Equivalent to 1 million sheets
Full-level detection = Yes
Presence/absence detection = No---------Waste Toner Container Detection
The Waste Toner Container detection is not performed with this machine.


NOTE: The waste toner should be emptied on every service call.
