IC color MF8580CDW paper stops half way out of exit

Just replaced an damage fuser unit with an old one. The paper exits halfway and stops. I id not have manual with me to check program for what sensor was triggered. Is this an exit sensor issue? no experience on this machine. Frank/actionPhotocopy

yes there is an exit sensor you missed plugging it in or broke the flag arm I have seen this before

I will check that out as i had the fuser out a couple of times because of a problem with bent pins on the large white 2 pin connector. I had forgotten to connect the small white connector once and perhaps after troubleshooting the bent in i may have again forgotten the small white connector on left side. Thank you northwest

I checked the machine and all 4 connectors are connected and I see that I mistakenly said I replaced damaged fuser unit with old one but I installed new
fuser unit. Flag is intact as is spring etc. Frank
