Canon IR5000 Feeding Issue on Duplex Legal Size only

Hello Sirs,

I need help having problems with a Ir5000 unit when using Legal Size paper on duplex mode paper comes out tears on the edges. Leaving parts of the paper tears edges inside the duplex unit. No tears on A4 size paper on duplex mode. What causes the tearing on the edges of the legal size paper??

Replace reverse roller and outer delivery roller, they are worn down thin

Do the bearings also....and one way gear....if I remember correctly. Common on 5000s and 5570 series
