    Problems image press c700 with envelops Dl

    Hello everyone.
    I have a problem in image press c700 with envelopes Dl format.
    All envelopes are tapped and folded in the flap.
    I have checked that it is in the area of ​​the machine FIGURE 118
    REVERSE DELIVERY DOOR ASSEMBLY but I do not see anything.
    Has anyone had this problem?

      Below is my notes when I was experiencing this. I taped milars to the describe plate below were the envelope edge went over it.

      imagePRESS C60/C700/C800 Finisher jamming Not all time unknown Envelopes nicking flap
      Added milar to REVERSE DELIVERY DOOR ASSEMBLY section 118 in part manual. The part is just below the part#17 and slightly left.

      Trying to find picture.
