[Jamming] Canon ir adv 7260 Pick up jams all trays

I have 3 different Canon 7260s all at different locations and all are causing the same problems.I am getting a paper pick up delay jams either 0101 0108 or 0109 that relates to deck 1,. Tray 3 and tray 4 The paper just starts to feed then jams its a bit like as if you had a sep roller issue paper slightly turned down sometimes other times theres not a paper malformation.Its quite intermittent but regular it happens 7 or 8 times a day.I have replaced all paper pick up units trays 1 3 and 4 I have fitted a new vertical path side door at the right hand bottom side of the mc.I have also replaced modified paper level sensors as advised on tech bulletin from Canon.I have tried different paper brands and the fact that its 3 different companies rule that out.
Would appreciate any help or pointers

Push on lower right door and if it does not jam then it is most likely the hinges are bent. I take the hinges off and straighten them out. Customer clears jam and pushes door open too much. Last one it was jamming from lower trays but not tray one. Lower hinge was bent.
