[Misc] 3245 firmware updates have disabled rui on 3 machines

We have 3 3245i machines that the rui can not be accessed since updating firmware. Has anyone experienced this and if so did you find a solution?

Sounds like the rui didn't get upgraded. I had this happen with some firmware and I had to download it and register it again. Another possible solution is to flash again and select overwrite all, upgrade the entire suite of firmware.

First, turn off multicast discovery. Once it was turned off, the issue may be resolved.
The multicast discovery setting can be found by selecting, Additional Functions>System Settings>Network Settings>TCP/IP Settings>Multicast Discovery>OFF.

Check your SST 3245 Firmware in menu, make sure RUI was registered.

also, Be sure to enable HTTP and RUI on the copier.
Note if applies, With an Erase Kit-B2 installed only RUI version 20.14 is supported.
