IR8085 11x17 duplex jams 0115

The paper goes down into the duplex reversal area and jams on the way back around to PS66. It only happens on 11x17 duplex copies. Sometimes I can get 5-10 sheets through but mostly jams almost every time. When it does pass paper, they all have a buckle in them after delivery (attached pic). Could be a timing issue?

I have replaced the delivery side door and drive assembly on the rear of machine with the updated bearings (instead of bushings). I also replaced all duplex registration style rollers and cleaned all sensors.

Any other ideas?

Did you replace the inner part of the door? I have had this happen on the 7065 model and it usually is the door that swings like you replaced.

On occasion the inside part where the door mates against was the problem.

I did replace the entire large door assembly that opens to the left side of the fuser after you slide the fixing/feeder frame out. Are you saying that the vertical plates that it closes against could be the problem? Do they get bent?
