Ok, I have an ancient machine in the field that I am trying to keep going for this customer. It is an ir2220 they've had for about 9 years and it only has 88k copies on it. Until recently its been a dream. They are a small part time housing authority office in a suburb about an hour away so the fewer the trips the better. They are getting a jam code 0103, when this happens there is never paper anywhere but the jam won't clear. They turn off/on and still says jam and tells them to close the bypass door that isn't open, but they open/close it. They are only open 1/2 a day so they turn it off and leave and the next day it works again for about a week which amounts to about 150 copies My tech isn't getting to see it happen, but they have taken pictures of the screens for us, see attached.
