Canon IR 4570 Jam

Hello,
I have a problem with a customer machine Canon IR4570. It jams at double-sided.From all trays the same jam. Jam Code 0207
I replace: 3x Fuser Units,Developer Unit,Drum,BufferPass,3-Way-Unit,PAPER DELIVERY ASSEMBLY.

All sensor flag are have an extra wrap(FC7-9370-000) and I use this from Canon SIMSE0107-E.pdfir4570-033.pdf
It jams after 30-100 copies.

Any ideas

im facing same problem and tried as u sent the pdf ,and still the same problem i debout in dc pcb i still didnt try it yet ,and the machine at my workshop since 2 months.

Damper pads behind the sensor flags. That may be reg flag damper. These are getting old and all the pads are getting old and sticky and the flags are sticking to them.
