[Error Code] canon ir4225

hi,

i have one ir 4225, with my customer. got error code of e000602-0101. tried clearing from service mode.
formated the disk also. but no use. Any one please provide the firmware for this machine, and suggest any solution for this issue.

Sir, format your HDD and install new firmware or try to get a new HDD and install new firmware.
