Canon ir7086 toner bottle not moving

After i replaced the toner with a new one i have noticed that the tkner bottle is not rotating i changed toner again with another new one same problem ,then i replaced hooper and also the same .

after i tried to make install-toner the machine when it ends gave me e20

I don't have any of those left but sounds like maybe the fuse blew if it is anything like the 5XXX series. Motor would take out fuse on dc controller board. You can buy those fuses. They look like resisters.
