Canon iR Adv 5255 makes faint copies on side of the paper

hello friends
I have a canon ir advanced 5255 makes faint copies on one side both on printing and photocopying.This occurs especially on black and when printing color, also black tends to be missing on one side.
I cleaned the optics,the laser unit, even i replaced it with a working one
I checked the black developer tank, the black drum and the ITB assembly also with working ones. But doing all that, there was no change.
I need some help please.

That could be a lot of things. But if you have parts to swap try the transfer roller assembly on the right door.
