IR2200 - store/save fax numbers?

I hope this is not too easy for you guys, but i just need to know how to store/save fax numbers in the copier. I would like to assign names to fax numbers and be able to select several names/numbers and send something out to the names that i select.

Have you tried looking in the fax user's manual. If it's not mentioned in there or one of the other user manuals then you almost certainly can't do it.

Unfortunately, we have no manuals. I have tried to find them on the internet with no luck. I just figured someone would know how to do this. If it is possible, i am sure it would be simple.

I've found some manuals. I have one copy of the basic user manuals in hard copy. I would like to get pdfs of the copy and mailbox guides. I'm still looking for the fax manual.

Have a look at the private message I sent you. Hopefully the RUI info on faxing is a help.
