CANON IR3230 Finisher-S1 stuck in the top position, Please help me how to it make lower. Thanks in Advance

Pull finisher out. Take this cover off. turn elevator motor or pulley until it is at desired lower position.

under the tray (rear side, in the corner) there is a slit where you need to get a small flat blade screw driver in the slot to push the gear (spring loaded) away to lower the tray. Most of them are the same. Could not find a picture for you.

thanks brother but Not able to find the slit, in the rear side of the corner
