Very good afternoon, after a cordial greeting I am writing to you for help with a multifunctional canon IR-ADV C7065.The problem that the equipment presents to me is that after removing the toner cartridge cyan, I have not been able to reinstall it, since the machine does not open the door, and if I open it manually, I can not insert it Properly as it maintains a safe for toner cartridges.My question is: How can I disable this insurance to manually insert the cyan toner cartridge, otherwise the machine will still have the E0025-0310 / 0320 error code?

be sure that to that there is no part damaged with cyan toner hopper.

One way gear on hopper is cracked. Or door push rod needs to be lengthened
