Hi guys, working out of Canada
Not sure how you guys in the US have it, but is Canon seriously lacking on the mobile front for tech access everywhere? I have to use IE8 in order to actually load the extranet without issues. Explaining this to somebody who barely uses a computer is like pulling teeth.
I have worked with other manufacturers and they seem to have tech sites that load properly on mobile phones/tablets or have easier access to the tech sites.
I heard that e-support in the US was miles ahead of what we have in Canada.
Any thoughts/suggestions?
I don't use SST or NAVI ever anymore unless it's an isolated incident so my phone is my goto along with what's stuck in the ol' noggin'.
