    [Error Code] E000747-9f00

    I have a Canon Imagerunner C2550 with the error code e000747-9f00.
    Does anyone know what this mean?

      Hi
      The last time I had a 747 error it was to do with the file being printed.

          Thank you for your response, however, this code is happening while starting up the copier.
          I'm thinking maybe more technical.

              e747 is a main controller error, reseat all of the cards in the controller box
