Have not seen this problem, When performing auto gradation adjustment black and cyan are normal but magenta and yellow are about 1inch from registration point or starting late. i have exchanged lasers and there is no change. Of course with the test page coming out so bad copier will not perform auto gradation and asks to reposition original on glass. I did try a differnt transfer assy, just in case and again no change. Is there an adjustment for that i can perform that commands the lasers when to start writing. Original problem was color registration was off. Hope this makes sense. Thanks for help
