Confirmation Page count on IR-3035

Have above model that functions correctly except the read out after confirmation page says 0 every time. The fax's are all sent and received fine. If web into the interface it reads correct amount sent. Tried system software and clearing. Looking for any other suggestions. Thanks for reading!

Did you try a FAX ALL CLEAR?
