HELLO ALL.
Please help : I have CANON IR ADVANCE C7065 : error code Jams 000cf1 : but not show in Error history ... no paper jams in SENSOR 78 ( fixing unit ) : I PUT THIS FIXING UNIT TO ANOTHER MACHINE : WORKING FINE / I got another FIXING UNIT : ( from working machine ) HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM ... I Took IBT UNIT TO ANOTHER MACHINE : another machine working fine / TOOK IBT UNIT PUT IN THIS MACHINE : HAVE THE SAME JAMS IN FUSER ... code is 000cf1 !!! Do you have any idea ( IRESET ERROR CODE MANY YIMES. UNPLUG THE MACHINE .. still have the same. Please help. THANK YOU

Hi,

I am not sure to have understood the service manual but i guess that this JAM is a result of an error code. So, go in Service mode > Display>Error and see what are the last error codes.
