Canon IR 3245 sorter bin removal help

Hi Folks,
I'm working on IR 3245 with error e-540-8003, after researching, I'm thinkin I may need to replace the wire harness, for lower tray(as this is the 2 tray model), after my first attempt, to get access to x3 connectors on the bin, I will have to remove upper tray, and lower tray. Does anyone have any directions, to help me with procedure..? I'm also not sure if there's any alignment I need to know about when re-installing the bins....any help greatly appreciated...!

here is the install procedure for the second tray just reverse the procedure.

Stack tray motor error (FinisherS1)


Replace the finisher controller PCB. Check the stack tray upper limit sensor. Check the stack tray lower limit sensor.
Check the stack tray upper paper surface sensor. Check the stack tray lower paper surface sensor.

Hi Jamie - are 2 trays being used by user? - if not remove one.
If both being used, best replace the tray assembly. When installing you have to lower both underneath height sensor at top of finisher and make sure the replacement is level.
