[Jamming] Canon ir 2870

While duplex printing and copying when the paper moves back to duplex section machine is showing printing in status bar .
Machine keeps on showing printing and there is no jamcode but machine is in processing.
Changed IP board,DC cntlr,fuser,powersupply but the problem persists.issue only while duplexing

I think it is because of the toner bottle is low..... I don t know the reason.....

if you replace the bottle toner it will be ok, or you can put A4R mode and it will be ok without replacing the toner bottle.

If problem in duplexing please chacked and replace duplex cloutch or motor.

I had faced two machine with this problem..change duplex clutch solve the problem
