Please help me colours are out of alignment after make all ram clear ?
It was as working perfect but after all ram clear it make color out of alignment any suggestions

On a sub-scan issue---
Clean the patch sensors and perform an auto color correction mismatch should resolve the issue.

To perform an auto color correction mismatch, Enter Additional Functions Adjustments and Cleaning. On page three select auto color mismatch correction.
If Auto color correction mismatch is not an option, be sure to update the firmware to the latest version. To clean the patch sensors manually actuate the solenoid to open the shutters and wipe the sensors with a dry lint free
cloth.

?? Is issue in Sub Scan( paper feed ) or Main Scanor( operator side to non-operator side ) or both directions ?

Try Removing the noise dampening pad for the Registration sensor flag and then perform a Reg-Clear, ( go into LEVEL 2> COPIER> FUNCTION> CLEAR> REG, then a Quick Adjust and then adjust the IMG-REG may correct the issue.

hi.open your front door laser settings is there.go to service mode laser.put in all settings for each colour.turn mc off and on.do auto grad then mismatch...just make sure patch sensors are clean.
