Customer turned machine on and got a code they didn't take note of. Panel then went black. When I turn it on, machine cycles like it should, shutter, transfer belt, etc. Warms up but display blank. Only the power light is on. When you would think it has reached ready, it reboots and does the same thing but it only reboots that one time. When I turn off the main power, the power light goes right off as opposed to going into shut down mode that usually takes a minute or so and you can hear it shut down immediately. Spoke to one of the repair company's tech support and went with the main controller. They didn't have one to advance exchange so I sent this one. Today they called and said the controller has worked all day. I'm hoping one of you guys has seen this. Hard drive maybe? Most I spoke to said probably not but I'm open to suggestions. TIA
