    ir3045 Send Tab on Display

    I have an ir3045 in the field that doesn't show SEND on the display but under Service Mode 2, under Options>Body it does show 1 on UI-Send. Its been awhile but it seems like someone told me how to make this appear as a tab on the display.

      Is there a universal scan kit installed and license key activated. The UI-Send is always there.

          Go under counter check/device config and see if it's listed. If not you don't have it
