    Canon imagepress c6010 color

    Hello...i am installing a used c6010 in my shop (247,000 copies)powers up fine...feeds paper fine. However during off the glass copies, the color arent matching what they are supposed to be, For example, if i go to single color mode...cyan prints as yellow, magenta prints black yellow prints as cyan, and black prints blank. I have check and re checked my connections.....

    I have yet to install the RIP...Any ideas?

      Hi

      What happen if you copy cmyk test print printed from other printer?
      Please post test print PG-10 from service mode.
      If it ain't broke, don't fix it

          sorry for the delay, but the resolution was really simple...2 of the communication cables routed into the power unit were switched. solved the issue right away. Thanks Z!
