I have a 3045 in the field with only 54k copies on it. It is giving Z folds more often than not. Jam codes are 0107 and 0201. For now we have turned the paper to Letter R and it is running fine but if we try Letter it jams after about 4 or 5 sheets from both cassettes. We have removed damper pads from registration flag and right side door. Any ideas?

Remove the rubber dampers on the right door for the deflector. One on each end of lower diverter and on upper diverter there are 4 or 6 in behind. Remove them. Also remove the damper for the registration sensor actuator. The rubber on all of these gets sticky... Also make sure the lower right door has the upgrades and grey takeaway rolls(not black)
