Finisher V1 jamming on IR7105

The jam code is 100E when it jams. The rear belt inside swing guide area is getting wrapped around drive roller mechanism (FB5-9103-000 ribbed belt). Has anyone had to replace the belts because it is causing jams? It is happening every few hundred to maybe 1500 page intervals approximately.

There are two belts like that. Sometimes one gets out of its place(mostly the one in the door's side) and you have to put it again in its place. See the other one where its placed and fix the other. I know how to do, but cant help further.
