Canon IRC3080i - Customer stated she is faxing but each page is distorted and looks "long and skinny" on receiving end. This may be some kind of timing issue within the DADF-L1 scanner - don't know and problem is intermittent. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Thanks!

To be honest mate,if there a problem with your feeder it would show on everything that is fed through, I would check that the problem is at the other end!Oh...... I can't copy at the moment then ? !!!!!! -
Excellent point. As I think back on the whole situation, the customer should, as you rightly point out, see problems with copying, SMB scanning, etc. as these features also use the feeder. Thank you again my right honorable friend!Comment
